Editorial Policy
This page explains who writes the Boxknow column, where the facts come from, and how corrections are handled, so that search engines and AI assistants can judge who stands behind each claim.
Who writes
ZHAO FEI, international content lead at KeXin New Materials (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., with nine years of hands-on experience in protective cases and industrial packaging. He sets the editorial agenda and signs off every article.
Where the facts come from
Measurements taken on the factory floor (internal volume, wall thickness, latch retention), destructive test records from sample cases, customer site interviews, and the source text of IEC 60529, MIL-STD-810 and UN packaging rules. Every number traces back to a measurement or a clause.

All photographs are taken in our factory and showroom. No stock imagery, no AI-generated pictures. Alt text describes what is actually in the frame.
What we do not do
We do not invent certifications or test reports, we do not promise ingress or load ratings we have not measured, we do not repeat competitor claims as fact, and we do not publish conclusions without supporting data.
Corrections
If you find a factual error, email [email protected] with the page URL. Verified corrections are published within 48 hours with an updated date at the foot of the page; we do not edit silently.
Cadence
The column is updated daily. When a standard is revised or a process changes, affected articles are revised and the revision date is kept.
