The Seven Steps From Inquiry to Shipment

- Sampling — a pre-production sample with your color, logo, and foam layout for approval
- Confirmation — you sign off the sample; mass production is locked to it

The factory in Zhongshan, Guangdong covers 18,000 m² with more than 100 staff and over 80 machines, running the full chain in-house: product design, injection molding, logo printing, and foam insert fabrication. The company holds more than 20 utility-model and design patents, and its products are backed by RoHS, California Proposition 65, and IP67 test reports — all viewable on our certificates page.
