WL6-2109 ABS Cigar Humidor

Cigar Humidors
WL6-2109 is a compact ABS hard case in the JUNZHIJIA 6 Series for cigar humidors. Outer 211 x 165 x 93 mm, inner 195 x 128 x 81 mm with a 13 mm lid and a 68 mm base giving 81 mm of inner height. It is moulded in ABS with a 3 mm wall and weighs 470 g. The 81 mm inner height lets longer cigars rest flat instead of being tilted or stood on end, while the lid contributes only 13 mm, so contents with raised fittings on top are a poor match for this body. The sealed shell carries an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating for tools, instruments, electronics and field equipment. Cigars and small collectables that need stable humidity are the main use, and it also serves for moisture-protected rotation of precision parts. Each piece is poly-bagged, 20 per carton measuring 470 x 365 x 560 mm. Made by Kexin New Materials (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. in Zhongshan, supplied factory-direct for OEM/ODM wholesale.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the exact outer and inner dimensions of WL6-2109?

The outer shell is 211 x 165 x 93 mm and the internal cavity is 195 x 128 x 81 mm. Externally the case occupies 211 x 165 mm of bench or shelf space while the usable floor inside is 195 x 128 mm, the difference coming from the wall section and the moulded closing geometry. Size a load from the inner dimensions, never from the outside, because outside figures overstate capacity. The 81 mm inner height is the maximum upright height available, and any lining you add reduces it further, so allow for that when the insert is designed.

How deep are the lid and the base?

The lid adds 13 mm of internal depth and the base adds 68 mm, giving 81 mm of combined inner height. Only 13 mm of the 81 mm comes from the lid and the remaining 68 mm sits in the base, so both flat-packed and upright contents fit. The 13 mm lid section is too shallow for parts with raised fittings on top; those are better matched to WL6-4621, whose lid depth is 55 mm. When judging whether a body suits your contents, read the base figure first, because it sets how tall an item can stand, while the lid figure decides how much headroom remains above it. Only the sum of the two is usable height, and when measuring a part, include handles, connectors and bosses, or the lid will press on it once closed. If the lining is routed rather than flat, the pocket depth should be taken from the base side.

Is the case waterproof and dustproof, and to what rating?

The shell uses a sealed closure and provides an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating. In humidor duty the same seal matters mainly because it slows air exchange with the outside, which helps hold an established humidity level. The rating applies to the sealed cavity of the case itself, so if you store moisture-sensitive contents, pair it with desiccant or a humidity management accessory and check the sealing face for trapped debris every time you close the lid, since a single trapped fragment undermines the seal.

How many units are in one carton, and what is the carton size?

Each WL6-2109 ships in its own poly bag, with 20 pieces per export carton measuring 470 x 365 x 560 mm. The 20-piece configuration is built around the 211 x 165 x 93 mm outer size of a single case, which gives an upper-middle pack density for the series. Bulk orders can be quoted by full carton or full pallet. Bear in mind that a larger carton does not automatically mean better packing efficiency: divide the carton volume by the piece count to get the transport volume per unit, then compare that against similar case formats, which makes the choice clearer on freight-sensitive projects. Packing breakdowns and pallet plans are available with the order.
