WL6-2209 ABS Cigar Humidor

Cigar Humidors
WL6-2209 is a compact ABS hard case in the JUNZHIJIA 6 Series for cigar humidors. Outer 222 x 128 x 87 mm, inner 200 x 98 x 78 mm with a 15 mm lid and a 63 mm base giving 78 mm of inner height. It is moulded in ABS with a 3.5 mm wall and weighs 410 g. It shares the 222 x 128 mm footprint with WL6-2205 but raises outer height to 87 mm, inner height to 78 mm and weight to 410 g, nearly doubling the usable height on the same bench area. The sealed shell carries an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating for tools, instruments, electronics and field equipment. Flat storage of longer cigars is the main use, and it also serves for moisture-protected handling of slender instruments and jigs. Each piece is poly-bagged, 20 per carton measuring 475 x 285 x 495 mm. Made by Kexin New Materials (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. in Zhongshan, supplied factory-direct for OEM/ODM wholesale.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the exact outer and inner dimensions of WL6-2209?

The outer shell is 222 x 128 x 87 mm and the internal cavity is 200 x 98 x 78 mm. Externally the case occupies 222 x 128 mm of bench or shelf space while the usable floor inside is 200 x 98 mm, the difference coming from the wall section and the moulded closing geometry. Size a load from the inner dimensions, never from the outside, because outside figures overstate capacity. The 78 mm inner height is the maximum upright height available, and any lining you add reduces it further, so allow for that when the insert is designed.

How deep are the lid and the base?

The lid adds 15 mm of internal depth and the base adds 63 mm, giving 78 mm of combined inner height. A 15 mm lid over a 63 mm base puts the height in the body rather than the lid, which favours upright contents, and the 78 mm inner height is 37 mm more than the same-footprint WL6-2205. When judging whether a body suits your contents, read the base figure first, because it sets how tall an item can stand, while the lid figure decides how much headroom remains above it. Only the sum of the two is usable height, and when measuring a part, include handles, connectors and bosses, or the lid will press on it once closed. If the lining is routed rather than flat, the pocket depth should be taken from the base side.

How many units are in one carton, and what is the carton size?

Each WL6-2209 ships in its own poly bag, with 20 pieces per export carton measuring 475 x 285 x 495 mm. The carton shares its length and width with WL6-2205 and only grows in height, because the unit height rises from 50 mm to 87 mm. Bulk orders can be quoted by full carton or full pallet. Bear in mind that a larger carton does not automatically mean better packing efficiency: divide the carton volume by the piece count to get the transport volume per unit, then compare that against similar case formats, which makes the choice clearer on freight-sensitive projects. Packing breakdowns and pallet plans are available with the order.

What is the difference between WL6-2209 and WL6-2205?

Both share the 222 x 128 mm footprint and a 3.5 mm wall. This model is 87 mm outside with a 78 mm inner height and a 410 g unit weight, while WL6-2205 measures 50 mm outside, 41 mm inside and 310 g. The extra 37 mm of inner height is what carries longer cigars, and the carton grows taller in step. The two models are not a step up from one another but a division of labour by content size: measure the height of the contents first, then the floor area, and confirm pack quantity and carton size last. Applying the same order when an insert is designed avoids reworking a lining because the case body was fixed too early.
