WL6-2810 ABS Cigar Humidor

Cigar Humidors
WL6-2810 is a mid-size ABS hard case in the JUNZHIJIA 6 Series for cigar humidors. Outer 275 x 226 x 100 mm, inner 253 x 182 x 86 mm with a 26 mm lid and a 60 mm base giving 86 mm of inner height. It is moulded in ABS with a 4.0 mm wall and weighs 900 g. With a 275 x 226 mm body and a 253 x 182 mm cavity it is the largest humidor in the series, and the 4.0 mm wall at 900 g supports heavier stacking, which is why pack density drops to 10 pieces per carton. The sealed shell carries an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating for tools, instruments, electronics and field equipment. Suited to bulk cigar storage and retail display rotation, and it doubles as a moisture-protected case for mid-size instruments. Each piece is poly-bagged, 10 per carton measuring 480 x 293 x 550 mm. Made by Kexin New Materials (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. in Zhongshan, supplied factory-direct for OEM/ODM wholesale.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the exact outer and inner dimensions of WL6-2810?

The outer shell is 275 x 226 x 100 mm and the internal cavity is 253 x 182 x 86 mm. Externally the case occupies 275 x 226 mm of bench or shelf space while the usable floor inside is 253 x 182 mm, the difference coming from the wall section and the moulded closing geometry. Size a load from the inner dimensions, never from the outside, because outside figures overstate capacity. The 86 mm inner height is the maximum upright height available, and any lining you add reduces it further, so allow for that when the insert is designed.

What material, wall thickness and unit weight does it use?

This model uses an ABS shell with a 4.0 mm wall and a unit weight of 900 g. The 4.0 mm wall and 900 g weight keep the body in shape once loaded, which suits warehouse storage where cases are stacked. ABS takes up very little moisture and holds its dimensions at low temperature, which is why it is widely used for instrument and tool cases. The wall section drives compressive and impact behaviour, so how the case performs in transit and in stacks is largely set here, and the 900 g unit weight is the figure to use for freight and pallet load calculations.

Is the case waterproof and dustproof, and to what rating?

The shell uses a sealed closure and provides an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating. A larger body has a longer sealing perimeter, so after closing it is worth checking that the rim is loaded evenly for the seal to stay consistent. The rating applies to the sealed cavity of the case itself, so if you store moisture-sensitive contents, pair it with desiccant or a humidity management accessory and check the sealing face for trapped debris every time you close the lid, since a single trapped fragment undermines the seal.

How many units are in one carton, and what is the carton size?

Each WL6-2810 ships in its own poly bag, with 10 pieces per export carton measuring 480 x 293 x 550 mm. Each unit weighs 900 g, so carton gross weight is significant and stacking height should be checked against pallet load limits. Bulk orders can be quoted by full carton or full pallet. Bear in mind that a larger carton does not automatically mean better packing efficiency: divide the carton volume by the piece count to get the transport volume per unit, then compare that against similar case formats, which makes the choice clearer on freight-sensitive projects. Packing breakdowns and pallet plans are available with the order.
