WL8-3821 PP Watch Case

The interior measures 350*300*190 mm and the exterior 384*366*208 mm, with a 35 mm lid depth, a 155 mm base depth, a 4.2 mm wall and a net weight of 2620 g. The 155 mm base half is the key feature of this model: it takes taller instruments and supports a three-layer insert. If your item is close to the 190 mm interior height, allow compression allowance for the foam and send the dimensions so we can check the packing plan.

The closed case is rated IP67 for water and dust protection, covering rain, dusty conditions and short immersion, and shielding contents from moisture and particles. The shell is injection moulded in polypropylene with a sealing structure, and the 4.2 mm wall helps hold seating pressure between the gasket and the lid. We do not claim military standard certification for this model. Inspect the gasket regularly and dry the shell, latches and seal area after rain or immersion.

It suits tall or bulky items such as complete tool and instrument kits, field equipment, photographic and drone kits, watches and electronic devices. The 155 mm base depth lets equipment stand upright or be packed in layers, which cuts empty space inside the case, while the 35 mm lid depth carries cables and documents. Both share the same 384*366 mm footprint and 4.2 mm wall, so the difference is height. The WL8-3818 is 183 mm outside with a 165 mm interior height, a 130 mm base depth and a 2520 g net weight; the WL8-3821 is 208 mm outside with a 190 mm interior height, a 155 mm base depth and 2620 g. Choose the 3821 for tall equipment or three-layer inserts, and the 3818 for standard two-layer packing in a more compact case.
