WL8-5022 Engineering PP Wheeled Protective Case

Both share the same 437*308 mm internal floor. The WL8-5022 (810B-B) gives 180 mm of internal depth, measures 463*370*230 mm outside and weighs 5012 g, while the WL8-5021 (810B-A) gives 164 mm, measures 495*370*210 mm and weighs 4912 g. The extra 16 mm takes another thin foam layer or accepts connectors and knobs that stand slightly proud, so packing is more forgiving.

The engineering PP shell closes on a sealing structure and the case is rated IP67 for water and dust protection, which covers rain, dust and short immersion. We do not claim military standard certification for this model. Before loading, check that the gasket face is clean and free of grit or loose thread that would break the contact, and add foam cut to the shape of your equipment to stop it moving in transit.

The shell is engineering PP with a 4.5 mm wall, and the empty case weighs 5012 g. Engineering PP holds its toughness at low temperatures, and the telescopic handle and wheels mean a loaded case can be rolled instead of carried, which suits workshops, sites and outdoor work where equipment moves often. Clean it with water or mild detergent and a soft cloth, not strong solvents.

It suits instruments with protruding parts, inspection equipment, complete measuring tool sets and small tool groups packed in layers. With 180 mm of internal depth you can put foam at the bottom, the main body in the middle and a thin pad on top. Each piece ships in a poly bag, one per carton measuring 495*375*245 mm.
