The depth formed by the 45 mm lid and 150 mm base suits taller instruments, bottles of consumables and equipment with brackets standing upright, while long tools still lay flat in rows. The body is injection moulded in engineering-grade polypropylene with a sealing structure, and the closed case is rated IP67 for water and dust protection. It handles rain, dusty workshops and short immersion, which suits workshop, field service and warehouse use. We do not claim military standard certification for this model. The rating depends on the lid seating correctly on the gasket, so with a heavier, well-filled case check the seal regularly and avoid prolonged rain or immersion once damaged.

Mixed packing makes contact between items more likely, so divide the zones with compartmented foam or an EVA insert and leave clearance around upright items.
