The 502 mm usable length lets most handheld instruments lie flat, and the 337 mm width allows two columns of small parts side by side. The wall is 5 mm and the material is engineering PP, with an empty weight of 6110 g. Engineering PP holds its toughness at low temperatures, and the thicker wall resists distortion when heavier instruments and tools are inside, so the lid still seats properly after years of frequent loading. Clean it with water or mild detergent and a soft cloth, avoiding strong solvents and abrasive pads.

The engineering PP shell is injection moulded with a sealing structure and the closed case is rated IP67 for water and dust protection, covering rain, dust and short immersion. We do not claim military standard certification for this model. A mid length body has a long sealing perimeter, so clear debris from the gasket face before loading and keep both latches under even load.

Each piece ships in a poly bag, one per carton measuring 580*250*415 mm. That carton size corresponds to an upright orientation, so stack and load it on the body direction rather than pressing down on the lid.
