Both share the same 530*360 mm internal floor. The 8111 measures 612*427*268 mm outside with a 248 mm internal depth and weighs 5350 g, while the WL8-6136 measures 612*427*355 mm with a 304 mm internal depth and weighs 8500 g. The extra 56 mm serves upright equipment, layered packing or thicker foam. Choose the 8111 for flat items and the WL8-6136 when you need more internal height.

It takes upright instruments, chassis type equipment, precision gear located by two foam layers, and complete tool kits sorted by layer. Load heavy parts in the lower layer near the middle, separate layers with thin foam and press a thin pad on top to hold everything. If the total height is close to 304 mm, send a drawing so we can work out the pad and access clearance.

The polypropylene shell is injection moulded with a sealing structure and the closed case is rated IP67 for water and dust protection, so it works in damp workshops, outdoor transport and dusty storage. We do not claim military standard certification for this model. A deep cavity has a long sealing face, so check the gasket regularly, keep it clean and close all latches evenly.

The 5.0 mm wall keeps the deep body from distorting under load, and the 295 mm handle height sits low, so the case rides close to the ground with a low centre of gravity, which is steadier between workshop aisles and goods lifts.
