Quick answer: Case Export Packaging carries two marks: a 120 by 120 mm main mark with consignee, destination, carton number and weights, and an 80 by 120 mm side mark with description, size and batch. Counts read 3/24, weights take two decimals, lettering stays above 10 mm.

1. Two Marks on Every Case

Case Export Packaging splits a shipment into fields checked carton by carton: the main mark says who receives it, where it goes and which carton this is; the side mark says what is inside, how big and which batch.

The main mark goes on two adjacent faces, since a single-face label disappears under film.

Information scales with order size: at twenty-four cartons destination and carton number suffice; at several hundred the order number is required, or two shipments to one port look alike.

2. Fields and Order of the Main Mark

Case Export Packaging keeps six lines at 6 mm leading: consignee, destination, order number, carton number, weights, size with origin. Fixed order makes cartons from different factories look alike.

Lettering is graded: consignee and destination 20 mm, order and carton numbers 15 mm, weights 10 mm, origin 8 mm.

The consignee line takes a four-letter code, never a full company name. Four letters plus a destination code locate a shipment in eight characters.

3. Carton Count, Gross and Net Weight

Count reads 3/24, this carton over the total. Writing 3 of 24 adds a step to every check; a one-carton order reads 1/1, or the receiver cannot tell a missing label from a single box.

Case Export Packaging weights take two decimals behind G.W. and N.W.: the scale reads to two, and one decimal accumulates over 1 kg across twenty-four cartons.

Net excludes packaging and gross includes it: a 10.85 kg case plus 1.55 kg of cartons and boards gives 12.40 kg. When label and packing list disagree, the scale wins.

Volume follows the size line: a 62 by 44 by 31 cm carton holds 0.0846 cubic metres, so twenty-four cartons take 2.03 and decide consolidated or full load.

4. Label Size and Placement

Labels are 50 micron PET with acrylic adhesive, rated minus 20 to 80 C, so they do not lift in a reefer. Coated paper wrinkles when damp.

Case Export Packaging uses a 120 by 120 mm main mark centred on the narrow face, 50 mm from the top, 40 mm from the corner. That gap exists because the corner bows under film tension and takes the label with it. The side mark is 80 by 120 mm on the adjacent wide face.

Pallet labels are A5 at 148 by 210 mm on two adjacent faces, 100 mm from the deck.

Wipe the carton first: dust sits between adhesive and board and the label peels at the first rub.

5. Barcode and Batch Traceability

Barcodes are Code 128 at a 0.25 mm module, 2.5 mm quiet zone, 15 mm bar height. A finer module will not scan at 30 cm with a handheld gun, and a short quiet zone lets the reader swallow the text beside it.

The barcode carries carton number and batch only: fourteen characters return the position in the shipment and the production date, which drives first in, first out.

The batch is eight digits, six for the date and two for shift and sequence. 26091803 is the third batch of 18 September 2026. Case Export Packaging prints it on the last line of the side mark and inside the barcode; when the two disagree, the barcode wins.

Ribbon is resin, not wax: wax rubs off at minus 10 C, and one missing bar kills the scan.

Conclusion

Case Export Packaging labels are judged on three points: the six main-mark lines hold their order, the count reads 3/24, and both weights carry two decimals. Add a 120 by 120 mm label and a 0.25 mm module, and a shipment travels to an overseas warehouse unopened, which is what makes Case Export Packaging marks hold up.
